Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the LUMI: Astrology & Horoscope AI mobile application (the "App") operated by dpop Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not use the App.
LUMI is a personalized astrology application for iOS that generates daily horoscope readings, love, career, and energy insights based on your natal chart. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
LUMI offers a 3-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription. The following subscription options are available:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
LUMI's readings and insights are generated by an artificial intelligence system powered by Anthropic's Claude. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your birth date, birth time, and birth location are used solely to calculate your natal chart and generate personalized readings. This data is stored locally on your device.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of dpop Studios, LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
LUMI IS AN ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL SERVICE. ASTROLOGICAL READINGS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AS FACT OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL dpop Studios, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
